The Uralvagonzavod Corporation, a subsidiary of Russia�s Rostec state hi-tech corporation, has signed a contract with the Russian Defense Ministry to overhaul and upgrade T-80 main battle tanks, the press office of the Omsk Transport Machine-Building Plant said.
